Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message. This information is stored in our secure database so our team can respond to your enquiry.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the contact form, we also record your IP address, which we use solely to detect and prevent automated/bot submissions and abuse of the form (rate limiting). If Google Analytics is enabled on the Site, it collects standard usage data such as pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, and referral source, via cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
• Provide information about our residences, investment opportunities, and property management services.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and respond to enquiries, including:

• Our hosting and database providers, who store enquiry submissions on our behalf.
• Our email delivery provider, used to notify our team when a new enquiry is submitted.
• Cloudinary, which hosts images displayed on the Site.
• Google Analytics and Cloudflare, as described above, where enabled.

These providers are only permitted to use your information as necessary to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MEH Realty, our users, or others.
